Charie or Char-wiii if you ask Abbey, came to visit us last week so while she was here we crafted (more on that later) and entertained the kids (aka made a lot of messes).
Here is Abigail making rice krispy eggs dipped in chocolate and sprinkles.
(yes that is a cardboard fort in front of our fireplace)
And the 2yr old ate bites of all the eggs and licked the chocolate.
I wasn't expecting anything different.
On Saturday we dyed (or colored as we had to tell Abbey) eggs.
uhhh what is up with the ridiculous grins?
Sunday the Easter Bunny came and delivered some super fun goods.
Abigail being the bag lady that she is couldn't find her Easter basket with her name on it.
So we improvised.
checking out the goods.
Jack can be found on most days with a cape of some sort around his neck.
It was a wonderful morning.
Not too much candy was consumed, I'm a mean Mom.
Church was wonderful.
Abbey got to read the scripture and say the prayer in Primary.
She did so well.
We had 3 other couples over for dinner.
We ate, ate and ate some more.
Then we rested.
And I have no idea why all of this is in tiny font size. sorry.

We love all your pictures. Eliza is sitting right next to me and she wanted to tell "Abby Gillespie" she "loves her." Last night in the middle of the night she woke up (unusual) and in putting her back to bed, she said to me with sleepy eyes, "Mom I miss Abby Gillespie." This has been a common statement lately. She had fun this morning looking at the pictures. We miss all of you - so darling! And baby "Chubbs" is way cute Heath!
