brain dump

Currently my brain is filled with too much.
Things I am currently mulling/obsessing over.
Do Joseph and I keep Abbey out of kindergarten until 2011? She is quite ready but she will be one of the youngest. If she were a boy there would be NO question. If I had a boy who was born after the month of March I would keep him out until the next year. But girls are typically more ready socially and academically. Should we put her in and then have her do K twice?
Don't even suggest homeschool people. I have cousins that were homeschooled. 'nuff said.
Does the perfect pair of brown boots exist?
I know it's probably not high on your list of things to think about, but it's on mine.
I found the perfect pair of brown boots. Perfect price.
They came and the calf was HUGE.
Ugh.
I currently have 2 other pairs on their way.
Hoping one of them fits.
When should we fly out to CO for Christmas?
Could I try to take 3 kids and make a connection so it will be cheaper?
Yeah I just settled that in my head... no way.
NON-STOP tyvm.
What should we wear for our annual family portraits?
What time and where should we go?
How on earth do I get my boys skin fixed?
Should I take them in for allergy testing?
thanks for listening.

when is Abby's b-day? Mine is in July and I HATED being the youngest, especially since I couldn't date and I don't know how it is back East but here 9th is in H.S. Brody is a July baby and as much as it's gonna kill me I'm keeping him back. You gotta watch out for the "repeating" kindergarten cause they won't let you do it unless you send her to a different school and still you might has a hard time w/that!
I need a pair of brown boots too!! But I'm too cheap! Luckily we live by Kohl's and they have great prices!
Ugh I feel the same about Christmas! Do we drive or fly? when do we leave? all that great stuff!!
LOL. You just got me going! thanks.

I think Abbey will totally be ready for Kindergarten. It is a tough call though. Do they do all day or half day back there? My sister is putting her boy whos birthday is in the summer in three day-half day kindergarten next year and then full day kindergarten the next year at a different school. They are in different counties so it is totally different curriculum too. I don't know if that would be an option or not, but its just an idea. I think Abbey will be ready...she is so smart and so social. I think Tanner is going to be ready but he misses the cut-off date anyways, so I am going to hold him back. As far as the flight goes...you know me...I will take a layover to save but of course I would prefer nonstop. If Joe is going to be with you and it isn't that bad of a layover...I say save the money. Although the Denver airport is so dang far away that when all is said and done it is going to be a days worth of travel anyways.:) When are you guys going to CO...I think we are going to be there for Christmas too! I would love to hook up! Let me know when you find those brown boots...I am dying to see which ones you finally choose!

The first three girls in my family (that includes me) are August babies. My mom kept us all home an extra year. I personally loved being one of the older kids in my class--and now that I look back I'm glad I had an extra year of "childhood" rather than speeding onto adulthood.

Ok Heather... You do have a lot on your mind. We already talked about the Abbey thing, the boot thing stinks! I finally found one that fit my calf (it's hard when we have such skinny legs!) :) But I found my one and only fab pair of brown boots at DSW a couple years back. Haven't been able to find one's that fit, since. Good Luck. When you find them, let me know, will ya? ;)
I LOVE pictures in the Fall. We're planning ours for next month when the leaves are changing.
Um... Christmas! I took all 3 babies to Utah by myself and would've KILLED myself or the kids if I had to have a layover on top of everything else. Direct flights when you're flying alone are SO worth the extra money! Good Luck! xoxo

Good boots are so hard to find!
I am excited about finding a good location for pictures!
Layovers can be nice in a way, because you get to stretch your legs and grab a bite to eat. I've done it with two, not three, though, so maybe that's different!
