Dear Cancer...

I HATE you.

You disgust me.

A 3yr old, really?

I don't understand cancer at all, but a 3yr old?

Instead of Ben wearing some terrible LightningMcQueen costume-

he gets to be sedated and strapped to a table.

Instead of devouring pounds of candy-

he gets to have total brain radiation.

I have seen enough cancer in my lifetime (ask me about it sometime)

but this makes me physically ill.

You freakin' jerk.

My friend Carin (his Mom) is an incredible writer.

Did you know that we as a nation spend 95,000$ per patient on pediatric AIDS, a preventable disease? And a measley 20,000$ per patient on pediatric cancer.

Yeah sickening.
