Deliciousness


Recently we have been eating a lot of baked potatos. We are addicted. Here is our recipe.

preheat oven to 400.

poke holes in potatos after washing
coat potato with olive oil and then roll in kosher salt.
wrap in foil

bake for 2+ hours.

Perfection.

yum! I also love that they are dirt cheap:)
but get this- mary won't eat them! she spits out every form of potato... sad day.
